Terms and conditions:
1) Maximum of TWO designs/entries per person
2) Designs can be done via computer or hand drawn but all entries must be sent in JPEG format.
3) Design must measure 500 x 317 pixels for digital designs and 8.5 x 5.4cm for hand-drawn designs.
4) Designs must clearly feature the UMSA logo.
5) Each entry must clearly accompanied by designer’s name and their current contact details.
6) Designs must be handed in BEFORE 1 January 2012 1159p.m.( New Zealand time).
7) Designs must be sent to umsanz@gmail.com with UMSA 2012 Membership Card Design Competition as subject title.
8) All rights associated with the designs are transferred to UMSA once designs are submitted. UMSA has sole rights to modify the designs in any way with or without the knowledge or consent of the designer, and to distribute the designs in any manner.
9) Winner will receive free UMSA T-shirt 2012 and 30 % off from an event by UMSA 2012 (excluding UMSA annual ball). UMSA has the discretion to modify the prize.
10) ‘The winning designer ‘s initials/ name will be printed on the 2012 membership card.
11) Designs will be judged and administered by the UMSA Executive Committee 2012.
12) Judging will be based on creativity, originality and the design’s relevance to what UMSA for.
13) Submission of an entry to UMSA signifies the designer’s agreement of the terms of conditions of this competition.
