UMSA stands for:

Union of Malaysian Students in Auckland

Overview:

UMSA is a non-profit club affiliated to the Auckland University Students’ Association (AUSA). We have over 400 members of various nationalities – some Malaysians and some non-Malaysians, and cultural backgrounds.

Mission Statement:

UMSA aims to foster a sense of community between people of different backgrounds through friendship building and providing a supportive environment to our members in adapting the New Zealand culture and university life, whilst promoting Malaysian culture to the local student body.
